Gaurav Kumar – (Co-Founder)
Gaurav’s quick wits and marked analytical skills have made him not only a proud co-founder of Webart Softech, but have also given him a valuable 11 years experience in the Online Industry to know it well by now! Having completed his Master’s in Computer Science, Gaurav immediately took a plunge into this blooming industry, having analyzed its potential back then, and has since been working out new ideas everyday to exploit Internet Marketing to its best. He’s always been a driving force behind all our ventures, WebsiteMarketing.com being our latest one.
A hard core cricket fan, when he’s not in office working, you can always see Gaurav planning a match or two with his friends.
Sharad Kumar – (Co-Founder)
An amazing “Multi-Tasker”, Sharad has his ways to be knee deep with projects and still manage to find time to coordinate with different departments, and also, to plan overall project process, right from the initiation to the execution stage! Phew! We still wonder how he manages to juggle it all so well with two hands! Sharad co-founded Webart Softech with a vision to drive it to the next levels of eMarketing, which the world is still dreaming of. Having handled over 500 diverse projects, dealing right from Natural Search to the latest Social Media campaigns, Sharad masters the art of Internet Marketing with his rich 9 year Industry experience.
But Sharad’s passion is not just limited to excelling at work! In fact, it is far more when it comes to his love for sports, which he enjoys playing and watching equally.
Amit Metharu – Head of Marketing & New Business Development
Great at pitching for projects, amazing with proposals and always has a hand on the clients' pulse to know what they want and when. A complete “Sales Guru”, Amit has been consistently delivering desired results for hundreds of eMarketing projects. He leads our Marketing department with zeal and often delivers more than the desired targets. He excels in New Business Acquisitions by strongly analyzing the scope of projects. Being an MBA in Operations and an analyst to the core, he easily defines Project plans and their execution, and effectively communicates with the clients.
At home, Amit sports a completely different personality, who’s more fond of music, than deadlines. A National level player of Digital Synthesizer, Amit loves music as much as his work.
Sahil Arora – Head of Natural Search, Analytics and Reputation Management
Research and experiments to know what Search Engines are made up of, is all he can think of! Sahil feels Search Engines are a support system for many online businesses today. Heading a team of Natural Search professionals, Sahil calculates and develops strategies for new and varied online ventures, to get them to the top rankings with his techniques. With an experience of 4 years in eMarketing, Sahil knows all about the requirements for a successful online entity and practices the art of establishing a positive reputation for online brands. No matter how low a brand maybe online, Sahil knows how to get it back on track, and ahead of its competitors. To keep himself at par with the changing trends in the Search Engine industry, he keeps on participating in leading eMarketing forums and blogs online.
Apart from work, Sahil loves to connect with friends through Social Networking websites and is hooked to Orkut, Twitter and Facebook at home!
Sagar Awasthi (Creative Head – User Experience)
Sagar knows all what, when and how about visitor interest and delivers it through creative, yet user friendly websites. Creative head for User experience, Sagar possesses a valuable experience of 7 years in multimedia and website designing, equipping him to develop and apply design ideas and strategies for various online projects, turning them into designing wonders with his team. Amazingly passionate about work, his ideas are behind some of the most creative website designs online. Sagar specializes in strategizing and designing User friendly websites, which appeal to both, our clients as well as their audience.
In his spare time, Sagar loves to create Flash and 3D Animations and Cards, which he then sends to all his friends.
